What To Say Now provides communication assistance: suggested wording, guides, and step-by-step coaching for difficult conversations. Suggestions are generated by AI and are starting points for you to judge, edit and use as you see fit.

The service is not legal, medical, psychological, financial, safety, or emergency advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. You are responsible for anything you choose to send or say.

Do not use What To Say Now to harass, threaten, deceive, defraud, impersonate, or harm anyone, to generate unlawful content, or to attempt to overload, scrape or automate the service.

AI generation is subject to fair-use limits so the service stays available and affordable for everyone. We may adjust those limits, and we may suspend access that appears automated or abusive. The service is provided "as is", without warranty, and may be unavailable at times.

You keep ownership of what you type. You grant us permission to process it only to produce your response. See the Privacy Policy for how this is handled.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, What To Say Now is not liable for any outcome of a conversation, decision, or message that follows from using the service.

Our order process for paid plans is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for paid orders and handles payment processing, billing, applicable transaction taxes, and payment-related refund matters. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or suspected fraud or security risk.

We retain all rights in the service, including its software, guides, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own conversations. Do not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent limits.

We may update these terms as the product develops, including when paid plans are introduced. We will provide notice of material changes where required by applicable law. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
